Todd has provided professional, experienced and vigilant representation in personal injury cases, including those involving automobile accidents, wrongful death, trucking accidents, dog bites and premises liability. He also has substantial experience in insurance law, and has handled more than 500 cases involving life insurance and disability claims.
Many of the insurance cases Todd has handled have been governed by ERISA, the federal law that provides the framework for how insurance claims brought under employee benefit plans are decided. Since 1991, Todd has successfully litigated hundreds of ERISA and non-ERISA disability cases in Ohio and 14 other jurisdictions.
